• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Be responsible for all activity that happens under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Create only one account per person

3. Free and Paid Content

BSE Odisha MATRIX offers both free and paid content:

• Free Content - Available to all registered users with a free trial or free-tier access
• Paid Content - Requires an active subscription to access premium notes, courses and features
• Subscription Plans - Pricing and features are listed on the Choose Plan page
• We reserve the right to change pricing and content availability at any time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BSE Odisha MATRIX only for personal educational purposes. You must NOT:

• Copy, download, redistribute or resell any content from the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to access the platform
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or overload our servers
• Post harmful, abusive or inappropriate content in the community chat
• Impersonate another user or provide false information
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Subscription and Payments

When you purchase a subscription:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to your account
• You will be charged according to the plan you select
• Auto-renewal can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date

6. Content Ownership

All content on BSE Odisha MATRIX including text, graphics, logos, memory tricks, video curation and platform design is the property of BSE Odisha MATRIX or its content providers. Study materials curated from public sources remain the property of their original creators. Original content created by our Koraput district teaching team is the property of BSE Odisha MATRIX.

7. Limitation of Liability

BSE Odisha MATRIX is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Any exam scores or academic results achieved using our materials
• Temporary downtime or technical issues beyond our control
• Errors or inaccuracies in study materials
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the platform

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to all content and features will be immediately revoked. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through email or a notification on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
